just get an off road H pipe. You can find them on Ebay cheap or in the paper cheap. Even brand new they're only like, what $110? Or something like that?

What are you going to put there in place of your cats? I believe on 94-95 they have like 4 cats dont they? And they're all on the facotry H pipe

I could be mistaken, but I think the stock 94 - 95 exhaust has two cats and two resonators welded onto teh factory H-pipe. I have a 95 Mustang, but I could be wrong because I am running off-road X-pipes anyway. I recall some muffler shop saying that they had 4 cats total, but for some reason I keep thinking its 2 cats and 2 resonators.

then your basically gonna be running straight facotry exhaust manifolds? Do you have any idea how possibly loud that is going to be?

On my friends car we were taking his old exhaust out and putting on some BBK long tubes and H-pipe. We took his H pipe and his cats off and ran it straight facotry exhaust manifolds...we got 6 complaints to the home owners association that night in about 10 minutes. He was on probation with them already. So..that was fun. We couldnt even stand bein in the garage because our ears started hurting.

I wouldnt do that....

But like everyone else is saying. You do NOT wanna mess with removing the cats and resonators and then tryin gto replace them with something. Just get a simple off road pipe or even a set of midpipes with highflow cats on them.

This one is $280 with free shipping and is a decent set of X-pipes with high flow cats. So you don't have to worry about inspection:

This set is $165 but it has no cats. So you have to swap back and forth each time inspection comes up:

Someone may have to back me up on this... but I'm almost positive that they have 4 cats. I worked on my 94 GT exhaust a few times, and also had the exhaust shop do the mandrel bends. The shop said there are 4 cats.
