Default Manual steering shaft.

I heard that in the early years of the Fox body that you could get a manual steering rack. Does anyone know what years this was available? Also, does anyone know of any manual steering racks other than flaming river or if you can convert a power steering rack to manual rack. Right now I'm looking for a steering shaft to replace the stock power steering shaft. I'm pretty sure mines about to go and I'm afraid to drive the car. NO DRIVE MUSTANG = LIFE SUCKS.

The rack has already been butchered and the pump was removed plus its not a daily driver. I figure it'll be cheaper and easier to just go manual. Plus you get all that horse power freed up.
