sum of us cant go longtubes cause we already have an h-pipe for shorty headers..... plus shorty headers look good under the hood

do you have emmissions there? because there are very few emmissions that will pass you with LTs. I ve never heard of 1 but i may be wrong.[&o]

Yeah, Md has emissions. They are also legal for state inspection as long as all the emission stuff is there and working.

well I never thought 'bout LT's cuz I heard you gotta have the HP to use 'em [>:] I have a ~fairly~ stock 5.0 (with the exception of nitrous...that I don't use all the time) plus I have an AOD...so doesn't that pretty much rule me out of going w/ long tubes??

For the past 5 years, i hear nothing but "use un-equal lengths, they fit better" and no one has any justification or fact. It sounds like internet hearsay, to me, so now i ask, why are they so difficult, and what is the issues?
