Default Yet another 17x9 rim offset/backspacing question

First off will it fit? I have stock everything. The rim is a 17x9 with a 5.78" backspace(+20mm offset) . Second, will this rim backspacing and offset "look" ok on my 91 LX 5.0. In that I mean will the rims sit flush to the fender? Anyone got any pics of this size (backspace) rim mounted on a 91 LX. attachment is pic of the rim.
Thanks for the input.

Make sure the backspacing is the same a factory, the vendor of the new wheel should know. My 90 turned out nice.

TwotoneVert, nice looking stang and thanks for replying. What is stock backspacing? If I a not mistaken, that is not going to work out since I am going wth an 1" wider rim?? Not sure though, anybody else??

Exactly what I wanted to see!!! Are you running the same size rim with the same backspacing front and rear? What size tire are you running in the front? Do you think I will run into problems with the 275/40/17 out back if I lower the car 1.5 inches? I will want to drop the car with Eibach springs front and rear sometime in the near future. Thanks again for the help here.
