you dont really gain a whole lot by putting in a cam unless its matched for the heads, what do you mean by cast heads?

It's not PSI, it's liters per hour. To answer your question, 190lph would be fine for your setup if you wanted to go with 24# injectors.

Do MAF, if it's stock and then injectors. You didn't need to do a cam, unless you are doing heads. 190 lph FP is fine, but you'll need 24 lb. inj. too. 28 is low for FP too.

I think he said he's got the GT40 heads, too, not for certian though. The B will give you lots of grunt down low, but not as much top end. I would look at the TFS stage 1. Seems to have a good profile for a decently modded street car.

If I misunderstood and you're on stock heads, I would recommend upgrading or having some work done on them. You won't notice much difference w/ stock heads. You can tell pretty easily by looking at the casting #'s on the end of the head. E7 is stock 5.0 HO. Also, the GT40's will have 3 parallel bars and the GT40P's will have 4.

Your FP should be closer to 40. The stock fuel pump is 88lph, so the 190 would work fine. I would also get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator (FPR).

+1 on the AFPR. Especially with the FP issues.

A cam is one of the BEST mods you can do to a 302. You fuel injection guys need to realize that when you add a cam you have to let the computer knowto send more gas. On a carbed car this happens automatically for you. Gsp, A B303 will not add down low grunt, it adds all in the high end, thats why its better than a E303, the valves stay open longer so more A/F can get in and more exhaust can get out. I would recommend 1.72 rockers to increase the lift with the B cam, however. I think you need a programmer, chip or reflash...whatever your particular car needs.
