Its really gross, bc i will be turning 19 next month, and he is like 35, and hes like oh, our age difference is nothing.... i can remember when i was your age like yesterday..... To bad it wasnt A Z S hole

I did call the cops, and they told me the most they could do was send someone out w/ me but they cant make him do anything, and they advise me to not have them come bc he could do something bad when putting the car back together, and how do i post a pic?

yea i see what your problem is you are hott and he wants some(dont blame him) he is also taking advantage of the fact that you dont have a boyfriend but that shouldnt be hard for you, you need to get some big guy to go there and talk to him

Hes had your car for three months? It does not take three months to replace or rebuild a tranny nor does it take that long to have it painted.
You have no written estimate for the charges to do the repair and the paint job? Do you have proof as to what you have paid him? The first thing you need to do is to call him and tell him you do not want anything else done to you car then you need to tell him that you want the cars interior installed and that you want to pick up the car. Tell him you will pay him the balance and you want your car. There is no reason why he would not want to give you the car back is there? Sounds like you are going to have to be to the point and be firm in what you say. Take a police officer with you so what ever he states to you the officer will witness.
After that go get an order of protection against him AFTER you get your car back. If you are in Florida let me know, me and a few frineds will go get your car back.
