ORIGINAL: Jasperstang308

if ur serious about it after u drop it off just take te cap with the plug wires still attacthed to it with u hahahha
you can def take it out, it will make it so the car wont go above the base timing(what you have it set at) so if you set to 12*, it stays there instead of goign to 30 something*
That will kill some power

^+1 sounds simple and being an a$$hole but thats about the only way to guarentee they'll leave it alone, but then as said above they may do have *** work to spite you. Take a few days off and sign up with them for an apprenticeship. LOL

It looks like I'll need to keep it running, so I can't do anything to completely eliminate horsepower. There is only about 1/4 tank in it right now, but I'll mark the tread, gas, and mileage. Do you guys think pulling 1 or 2 plug wires would work?

just make it simple and mark the mileage thats all. dont pull nothing especially if they have to move your car for you and dont make it noticible that your paranoid(pulling wires would most definetly show that) so just mark the mileage and your done. Worry about it after you get it back and if they messed with it go there and break some heads in

Another thing I was thinking about was, what if you do notice a few miles on the car? I wouldn't be able to prove what it had in the beginning or if they drove it hard. I just wanted to do something that would knock it down to like 150-200hp so if they took it out, there would be less tire shreddage and peace of mind. Any word on the SPOUT connector?
