Thats gonna be kick in the moneymaker... your looking at $500 plus parts. (dont quote me on that cause thats roughly what it'd be in NY)
is that if i go to a Ford Dealer? I usually go to this other shop but my car sits forever before they touch it, but this time i might call them and ask them to tell me when tehy can put it in a garage and work on it so im not sitting around with no car forever

if the throw-out bearing is bad, might as well swap the clutch, why pay labor twice? If there is an intake leak, swap the intake! as for the pulleys, it is most likly the tensioner
the crazy thing is man..i just put a new clutch in it about a month ago and the throwout bearing started making noises and ****, im told he probably didnt grease it or some **** like that.

With the Intake, i was gonna swap it and probably still am.

And with the pulleys, yeah im told its likly the tensioner, i know thats something i could fix myself im pretty sure, what could be wrong with it?

well, TAKE IT BACK TO THE MORON THAT MESSED UP AND MAKE HIM DO IT AGAIN! If he refuses, take him to small claims court, you should not have to pay for it, and by law, you have to give him a chance to fix it

is this a shop or a shade tree mechanic? if it is not a legal shop, you don't have a leg to stand on

I'd go to the backyard guy and explain to him your having trouble and see if you can make a deal to get it fixed and let him know you need it ASAP because your leaving town, and for the tensioner you can fix that yourself, just buy the part from ford and swap it out, very easy, as for the intake if you feel up to the task get new gaskets (silicone not cork) and pull the intake scrape the old gasket, reinstall carefully being sure not to move the gaskets and retorque to specs and sequence in the repair manual (cant remember what they are exactly). sounds liek if you had some free time you could get away pretty cheap.
