hmmm.. dont know.. try new lugnuts.. if that dont work.. replace the studs.. and if that dont work.. take a look at the rims.. see if the holes are worn out at all.. maybe.. so it's not gripping so good anymore.

I had a problem a few months ago with my oilpan drain bolt walking on me, after being torqued properly. I finally figured out that it was the gasket being used. Obviously on lug nuts, there are no gaskets, but I would look at the length of the studs versus the depth of the lug nut threads. Maybe the nuts aren't seating against the rim because they are too shallow (if the rims arent factory).They would only have to be a hair too shallow to make it impossible to torque then correctly.

are the wheels new? if they are used the lug holes could be just slightly wallowed out enough that its making them come loose. if the rims ARE new, did you guys use any kind of wheel spacer? that could also be the problem
