damn, that looks pretty sharp. Did you have to use alot of filler where the corners met down at the flat part of the hood? Or did you do most of the metal work so you didnt have to use alot?

The metal work took a lot of time and it also made most of the shape. The problem was that the tin is so thin even stitch welding didn't prevent warping.
I first used a product called All Metal which is an aluminum filler that mixes and applies like filler yet has the same exspansion rate as metal. Then it was filler, smoothy, a polyester primer filler, color build primer, then base/clear.
