Can the power lock switch go bad? Cuz on my passenger side i have to hit it like 10 times real fast b4 it actually works. So can i just buy a switch and it will be fine?

You did not say whether or not it was switch on P. door side or on the P. door switch on the d. side, but check both. If both do it your actuator is at fault. If one switch does it, should just be bad switch.... replacable but try cleaning it first.

OOPS.... Yes you did. If its just the P. side switch try cleaning it. contacts probably dirty.

you can buy a new switch from 50resto for like 12 bucks, a few screws to remove the old one and put the new one in

How exactly would i clean it and yes it is only the passenger side.
