is it true?
that they stopped making the 5.0 because the police nor the police interceptors couldnt have catched if one fleed? Old myth that i was told by a buddy but seems like a sensable question

I live in SD and have both raced there and seen that car... its not how the SSP's or whatever police intercepters came tho. this one has a vortec and like 8psi I think and the crown vic 4.6 they have there has a roots type blower to. both with working light bars haha its kinda cool...

is racelegal.com really all what it is all hyped up to be?? I just cant wait till they start expanding to the east so i can take my baby: a 07 Roush Stage 3 thats comming in 2 weeks: or drive up to SD but im only 17 and i have school maybe in the summer if they dont expand

Are the police interceptors any faster then a regular 5.0? I know this guy that has an '88 or '89 coupe that used to be one and he told me his is faster then mine because it has some kind of "race package".
What kind of "race package" did they have, or is he just talking out of his ***?

They are not much faster, they don't have all the emissions stuff. That's about the only thing about them that makes them faster. Aside from that they have beefed up suspension, alternator......etc.

The 5.0 police cars here were pretty quick. A state trooper had on at moroso and he raced his car it went 13.50's all day long. If you read mm&ff then you might have heard of a guy name Ronnie Wilson, hes an old friend of mine and I used to street race with him every week. He had NO license at the time and it was revoked for like a 100 years. Ronnie would run from the cops all the time and they never cought him, it could be a stang a crown vic no matter what he'd get away from them, Ronnie is on hell of a driver though ill tell you that.
It was funny because we would be like where is Ronnie and someone would say he was running from a cop that treid to stop him and we would hope he didnt get caught he would always show back up in his moms car. But he is an exception, they could catch most anyone they tried to stop.
