Default 95 Mustang Smog Pump Removal

I searched and couldnt find any straight up answers to this issue. The pump just seized up on a 95 GT. I am wondering if it is possible to just run a shorter belt and remove all the smog pump stuff. If so does anyone have the part number for the belt or what car it came from? It is hard for me to do any research on it like using a string and just going to autozone and picking through their belt selection because I am on Guam and they really dont carry all that much stuff for Mustangs. Thank you very much. Jeremiah

Unless someone has done this exact same thing, it's gonna be hard to find the right belt without trail an error... i know i had to try several belts on my car until i found the right one... and having done so, i noted the brand and number cuz there arent books that i know of that would be of any help in these situations...

yeah you can do it no probs.

you will have to cap off 2 vac lines w/ rubber plugs. and also cap off the steel pipe that goes to the h-pipe. either weld a cap, flatten it fold it over and jb weld to seal it up (if it leaks, you'll hear the "tick tick tick " of leaky exhaust.

belt sizes run like this........ for a number like gates.... KO60695

the 60= 6-rib
695 = 69 1/2 " belt

with the old belt still in place....to hold the tensioner....run a piece of string around the pulleys , and then go about 1/2" smaller than you measure out.

if you know for sure that the belt sizes are the same for '93 and a '95 i'll give you my belt size (will have to go look)

i have no underdrive pullies, still have ac , removed smog

pm me or e-mail if i don't reply back

the stock belt on a 94-95 with A/C, PS, SMOG is a 1045k6 which means 104.5" 6-ribs

the smog removal belt is a 872k6 or 87.2" 6 rib belt

if you wanna bypass the smog AND air conditioning.. get a 805k6 80.5" 6 rib belt

the 94-95 DOES NOT REQUIRE BYPASS OR DELETE KITS

Thank you everyone. Especially AdderMK2 the 80.5 belt worked and the car is running again. Had to route the belt a little strategically but it works. Thank you again. Jeremiah
