Default My white 89 has idleing probs

I have 3 cars this is my white car I am talking about it has trick flow upper lower e 303 cam gear drive new iac tried different computer new c&l mass air t/b egr spacer. timing is right on full 2.5 in exhaust flowmaster 40s tko 600 trans mac = length u/d pullies 1.5 roller rockers on intake and 1.6 rollers on exh. Anyone know what might cause a idle to go up and down and then eventually die. Also the tach reads wrong the stock one I have a auto meter tach hooked to msd and reads right.

At about the time i replaced everyhing and its still doing it, id be checking my wiring harness for nicks, cuts, etc. I'd go over everything. Especially the wires to the IAC and TPS and MAF.

also, clean all your Pin connectors with some electrical parts cleaner. Cant hurt and stuff gets shoved down in there over the years. Can cause bad connections.

What do you think about an internal vacuum leak or bad egr? all emissions disconnected but my blue car is the same and no probs.

600 trans mac = length u/d pullies
huh?

I am wondering about your 1.5 roller rockers, Ford never had a 1.5, stock is a 1.6...

have you pulled the codes?
