Sure sounds like there was something inside. A bolt or something might have fell down in wedged itself next to the crank. take it all apart and check. Dont try to start it back up. Turn the crank in other direction 1/2 turn then turn back in other direction and see if it stops again. if so take top of motor off again and then hope you can remove what ever the problem is.. Sorry Good luck

yeah don't try to push start it any more. get one of throws magnetic screw driver thing and try to fish it out or you might half to take the heads off to and get it and to see if it damaged a piston that's what i would do cuss if you tried to push start it a few times it's sheer to of done some damage in there that's not good

ive never see this on a cer but maybe you have a liquid lock on some of the cylinders remove the plugs and the excess gas if any should shoot out the hole, it has happend to me on my quads and my boat, GOOD LOOK and do not try bumping it no more will bend the rods.

first of all, he would know if he was missing a bolt or screw. second, if one somehow managed to make its way through an intake or exhaust port in the head, and fallen into the cylinder, it still would have had an initial bump when he tried to start it. im still going for the starter or something electrical.

OK OK you need to tell us what you done to the car? And what happened win you tried to start the car the first time what kind of sounds and so forth? did the motor turn over a few times and thin stop? Did it run thin stop? do you have all the tool's you started with? And was there any lost bolts you couldn't find?
