its not just the girl factor, but it dont hurt to have a car that girls like, i wouldnt be buying a new car just for girls, i would buy one that would b fast and attractive to girl, right now im liking a white or black 98 cobra but i can really find any reasonable 1s on ebay or cars.com or autotrader.com

Get the Cobra! Camaros are fast but have you ever sat in or driven one? You are sitting in a hole with your feet almost straight out in front you and you are trying to look over the dash. Remember to that they have an extremely weak rear and if you get much traction at all it's gonna puke. I like fast but I'm all about comfort too. As far as a comfortable affordable hot rod goes you just can't beat the Fox or SN-95 platform.

you know i've driven both the camaro being a friends car (i only like the classic camaro's btw 67-69 after that i wouldn't own one). point is they are both really good cars in their own right. But like others have said why buy a car that will make a girl notice you when you could pass another car that she likes more and she threatens to leave you if you don't sell the car you just got and get one like the one she just saw? My finacee hated my fox lol in fact i think she still does but she loves me so you can deal with my little addiction. I can live with her hating my fox because i know she truely loves me. Look for someone who likes you for you not someone that wants a ride in your car. Just my two cents

ls1 can be easily and cheaply modified, unlike the 98 4.6 liter motors.... get the ls1

 

sell the pony and get the 98 z28. You will be happy.

 

no i have decided im keeping the 88 and selling the ranger and buying a 96-98 cobra no bowtie for me
