Default Busted a screw

So when I was installing my Trick flow Intake, I broke one of the screws holding the Fuel rail to the intake. I have been going with only one of the two screws but now the fuel pressure is blowing the rail off of the number 4 fuel injector spraying fuel everywhere. Any idea how to get that screw out of there.

Thanks

I did the same thing but I never had a problem with fuel coming out. Are you sure you had the injector pushed in all the way? Might want to try new o rings. You can just drill the screw out and rethread the hole.

Also the title of this thread is kind of misleading...

if there is some sticking out take the rail and the injectors out them lock a pair of vice grips on it and slowly turn it to loosten it... if that wont work take the lower intake off and drill it out and tap and dye it!

Yeah, it was working for a while, but I have someone turn the ignition on and I can watch the rail rise up and pop off. I would replace the rings, but they are brand new injectors, installed them when i put in the intake.

And unfortunately there isn't anything sticking out, it is below the surface.

Then your going to have to get that bolt out of there and retap it. Only way around it. I would still make sure its pushed all the way in, its some times hard to tell. Just give it a good amount of force, you won't break the fuel rail.
