Default Comp Cams Cam Help

So i went through Comp Cams and they recomend this cam

I'm wondering would that be somewhat equal to running this FRPP Cam with 1.7 rockers, this would save me $75. Just wondering your opinion. cause I'm installing the new heads in two weeks (vacation from work) and I need a cam. So should I just stick to there recommendations? Thanks

It's between one of those cams. I'm in california and I can only run one of those two, and still pass smog with my mods.
