Most people say to go to an auto parts store and just get a trim black or flat black paint. I repainted all the trim on our car with some Duplicolor semi gloss black engine enamel and it looks really good. It give the car a little bit more of a shine.

Rustoleum Flat Black Automotive paint. i've used it on the trim, around the headlights, and around the door frame. I think it looks really good.

Make sure you scuff the trim pretty good or about a week later it will peel off.
