What was the rated h.p. for a 302 out of a '69 stang??

Mustang Grande 302= 220hp
Boss 302 = 290hp

290 is what Ford claimed, but most people figure that it's underrated, some even saying it makes up to about 400hp.

Boss 302 had: cleveland heads with 2.23" intake valves, 10.5:1 CR, aluminum high rise manifold, Holley 780cfm carb, aluminum valve covers, low restriction headers and large dual exhaust.
