If you want to keep the 4 lug setup just find some replacement vented rotors if youre on a low budget. If not look into get a pair of bigger aftermarket ones. AS far as caliper go I dont really know any brands but the more pistons is usually better. For pads all I use is Ceramic pads. They produce less dust than regular pads. They have other benefit s also.

i wouldnt reccomend ceramic pads, they are meant for high performance race style applications because they dissapate heat the best and they do minimize brake dust but you'll be changing rotors more frequently than the pads,(they chew up rotors) and it should be the other way around, if you want a good setup check out ssbrakes.com, i got the stainless steel slotted rotors and high performance pads($215), and they are awesome, as for the calipers, if the pistons still work, just clean them up with some brake cleaner and get the caliper paint and paint them up, it really dresses the ride up quite a bit! Good luck, and remember brakes are meant for certain applications, because the heat generated from the friciton affects how well you slow down, and high heat pads wont get hot enough to be most effective(ceramic)
