I heard about WRXs having weak trannies im not sure about Sti's. They got 6spd not 5spd. My buddy has a Sti. They are sweet.

You been to Michigan lately? It's an economic hellhole right now. Guess why? What's the main thing that comes from MI? I've had 3 relatives and many other that I know get laid off from Ford in the past year, and there will be more by December. That crap about "well it's built here so we get all the money" isn't true at all, and from someone who lives in the center of it, believe me, imports do you no good. Like I said- BUY AMERICAN

 

WOW! this is the first time iv seen you guys say "sell the Stang" for a STi (subaru) correct me if im wrong. what the hell . i just woke up and went over to the comp and read all this
and thought i was dreaming or some ****, but realized thats what ppl were saying. Damn! Why sell your Stang for an import !?why would anyone? awd my a$$ i can understand your concerns for the winter months but why would you sell yuour stang after you put all that $$$ into it?

 

Most American companies own some import brand. Im a die hard Ford guy (ive owned 4 fords) and If I had the option Id go with 2006 Mustang GT. But the options were evo or Sti.
