Default slip slidin away

hey guys listen im sure theres stangs with more power and low end torque than me but well...my car gets absolutly no traction. i have bald tires and slop steering i cant really afford anything new too much money spent on my street heat intake, tb, egr, etc. my brakes suck...i got no abs and it dives to one side when i brake hard. its an 87. i want my stang to be at least somewhat safe at least for now i got an adjustable suspension... can i throw like -4 degrees negative camber so i dont die on highways its bad to a point where a gust of wind blows my car in heavy rain i steer it back slightly and im spinning. i got the hookup at an alignment shop anyone know of any crappy wheels that can fit my car? (4lug) off like a honda or something? i got access to a wrecking yard and just wondering if i can throw something on there for now i run 225/60's on a 15 inch turbine all the way around thanx guys.

If it pulls hard to one side when braking, you may even have a bad line on that side. And if your tires are bald, then tehres not much you can do to make the car safe other than replace the tires.... No cheap way out of it.

Yeah...don't be a cheapass. Get new tires. Safety isn't something you should cheat on.

i bet the tires are causing the pulling and not the brakes

-4 camber will throw off the alignment and tires will wear even more badly than they probabyl are

my car had a very bad pull and i thought alignment was wack so i got new tires and alignment and spent $99 on alignment that it didnt need.

hit in the *** on that one.. i work at a shop now tho so i can get alignments for $17 haha

Go see if anyone near you sells used tires, either that or don't drive it until you can afford new tires. Looks like you should've spent some dough on your relaiability instead of go fast parts.

and tires dont go by lug they go by rim size.. stock is 16 on the 5 stars (GT/LX 5.0)

$60 wont get you tires.. i got a deal on mine buy 3 get 1 free so it was about $75 a tire

tires vary vehicle to vehicle

some camaros may have 245 some may have 315's...

you need 225 if u want all seasons
