I have been thinking about buying a trouble code reader, and thought maybe theres a tuner that could tune and read codes. The question is what can you do with a tuner to help your car and would I benefit from buying something like that instead of just a code reader?

The TwEECer is supposed to be able to pull codes, but I have never tried it.

Most any setting in the EEC can be modified with the tweecer.
I have had a lot of fun learning to use it.

The TwEECer RT (datalogging model) is $550. The non-datalogging base model is pretty useless. Without the datalogs you have very little information to make tuning changes.
