Default h-pipe questions, need help!

alright, i've decided on offroad h-pipe for my car, because its going to have the sound that i want. i know that x yields more hp, but i prefer sound over horse at this point. anyways, i plan to take the cats off, and run h-pipe from the manifold back to my flowmaster 40 series'. is that all i have to do? or will i need MIL eliminators for some o2 sensors? i have a 95gt. i saw on a couple websites that they were selling MIL eliminators for 1996+ models, so....???
