Default mph question

in my 88 i have an 85mph speedometer... how fast am i goin when i have it peged against the trip odometer pin? anybody know?

I suppose since you can keep accelerating after it's pegged, it varies.

But yeah, I've figured just from looking at mine it's just over 100.

Or check your tach and calculate your speed.

well yea i mean right when it hits... 100-105 sounds right, but idk... ill have to check the rpms next time n get an idea that way. thx dude.

You can't tell. Your speedo is not calibrated to go over 85, so just because it looks like 100mph should be there doesn't mean it is
