OK on a real note. they had 1984 to 1986 Svo mustangs. and then they had 1993 to 2004 SVT Cobras.

'93 was the first SVT Cobra. There were non-SVT Cobras when the Fox first came out in '79, but they were only sticker jobs, no performance upgrades at all. Also, the Mustang II came w/a Cobra package. In fact, in '78 Ford had the King Cobra with a whooping 140hp, IF you got the V-8. The King Cobra was available w/the 88hp 2.3L 4-cylinder as well. I'm sure it made the big block Trans Ams shake in their boots!

Should I get an 81 cobra then? And if so.. how much do you think one would cost at a dealership (i'm pretty sure i can find one at a dealership)
If you don't think there will be a lot ... it would be cool if you guys could give me some suggestions onto which type of mustangs / superchargers to go with the mustangs with would send me flying past rice-rockets and most other muscles. and to add the price it might cost.
