Default Black Magic Xtreme

I just bought this fan and am installing it now. I know there is an option for "air conditioning control" and wondered if people have wired this up or not. I know you don't have and an just trying to figure out if I should or not.

I dont think it would be a bad idea. How has the install been so far? I am SUPER bad with wiring stuff, etc. and I plan on getting an electric fan soon... [&:]

What about the manual switch?

I wasn't planning on doing that and was just going to set the control *** to switch the fan on once it's gets to operating temp.

^^^ Im not sure about you, but I would let it come on automatically... I for a fact I would end up forgetting and overheating my car lol

Can you still shut it off manually if you have it hooked up to an automatic temperature setting?

If I had A/C, I would've wired up my E-fan that way. Do it.

So am I and the install hasn't been too bad. It's super tight with an SC though. Also make sure you hold the control module into place before attaching it to the shroud so you're sure that it's clearing the belts, etc.

Mine is almost rubbing against the SC belt.

Its good to install a manual override switch for safety to be able cut it on when needed in case the you have problem with the control module.
