Most places dont have the ability to LOAD test batteries. I used to sell car batteries (Sears auto center), and most batteries that would be ok on a hand held scanner would fail when load tested.

True, they told me twice my battery was okay though, and i didnt believe them so i bought a new battery and it fixed the problem. Turns out the battery was holding voltage fine, but as soon as the starter load was put on it the voltage dropped to almost nothing.

Take your battery to autozone or someplace like that and have them charge it up for you and see if it helps. Its free so it cant hurt to try.

It's alright I picked mine up out of storage a few weeks ago, and I had a flat tire and a bad battery, eventhough the battery was fine when I put it in storage, I guess the couple of months of sitting in there killed it. It wasn't connected but I'm assuming it was the weather change
