471 on spray prolly, so prolly just around 350 or 370 on motor alone, I wouldnt see why not, unless u live in a emmision legal state.

Or too radical of a cam that affects drivability

Buy the car whether or not you want it as a daily driver. That looks like a steal to me. 471 does sound a little too much without spray. And the sheet cant have been on the spray because it says its not installed on the car. Either way its a good deal.
