Pistons from a 302 WILL NOT 'work' in a 351 as the compression height is .500 off. Remember the differances in stroke, 3.0 for a 302 and 3.50 for a 351...

I don't care if the pistons will work, I want to know if my aftermarket parts will work in it.

The 302 HO uses the 351 firing order.

yes your heads will work you will need to drill the head bolt holes to 1/2 other then that they will work. yes the cam will work is it a roller block? if not you will need a new set of lifters made for what you are doing and they are not cheap.if it is a roller block then you are in luck but if the oil pump shaft broke you need to look at the old lifters in your block very close and at the cam also.NO your lower intake will not work.but the upper will if you get a gt40 lower for a 351 they came on the lightning.and your oil pan wont and some of the front brackets may not Ford also sells the brackets for the swap. They (Crane Cams)also make a cam swap kit that runs a small base cam and the stock lifters but then the cams cost more.the problem with this roller vs non-roller is the roller lifter in a non-roller block is the lifter bores in a non-roller block are shorter then the ones in a roller block and the stock roller lifter oil hole comes out of the bore and makes the motor lose oil press. then you also got no holes to bolt down the plate that holds down the lifters but that is not a hard fix.so there are a few ways to go with a roller in a 351W if it is a non-roller block.IMO if it is a non-roler block and your cam is good I would spring for the lifters for the swap I think Crane & Comp sell them.also your motor mounts work and your distributor wont work your flywheel wont due to the balance of the motor 5.0 is 50oz and the 351 is 280z .but the trans will bolt to the motor and work. as far as the hood goes now you have a good reason to get that cowl hood also Holcomb Motorsports use to make a drop motor mount for this set up and you could keep the stock hood but I dont think you could run a deep oil pan without hitting on the P/S rack or other stuff. that is why I dont like them. as you can see it is not a very $$$ friendly swap. but I hope this helps.and also if the block is a roller then the stock 5.0 lifters will work.good luck.also the pistons wont unless you get the 393 stroker crank and the rods wont and the crank wont.
