susp.-converting air bags to springs.
im considering selling the stang for a mark 7. They're very similar and since ima 5.0 HOE, I got all the speed of a mustang but without the mustang name. I can no longer afford insurance jersey insurance is insane...and everyone and there brother and mother's either had a mustang or owns one now. It's time for something cheaper...a cheaper sleeper =)
Back to the question, I have a 87 5.0 and considering buying a lincoln mark 7 LSC. Air Bag suspension sucks and I'm considering putting my lowering springs from the stang in it. How complicated is the swap? I'm not familiar with the mark 7 other than my stepdad owning several mark 8's and that mark 7's are quick and have 5.0's in em so any advice on the lincoln is appreciated.

i dont know but we have a book at work that sells the kits to convert it to springs and shocks i believe its around 400$? i would imagine u could just use the mustang stuff since its a fox also i would think that si9nce the cars weighs alot more than the must. it would drop it more

TRUST ME lincolns are just a badge anything and everything in the front of the car is getting stripped. Leather seats? gone. Interior pannels? GONE. Airbags? gone. It's gunna be light. Yea i heard of the kit and looked at a few, what does it take? Is it worth the swap? Does it need a K member swap? Possibly go coil overs? Idk what'll look like under there ill have to do some homework....
