It wouldn't be a simple bolt on project. Higher compression, lightweight rotating assembly, great cylinder heads, custom cam (soild roller would make it much, much easier). It would be rare to find a EFI 302 making 350rwhp in a daily driver. I think FTI probably has some customers doing it.

That's Ed Curtis's business. Ed Curtis or Jay Allen @ www.camshaftinnovations.com are pretty much the top 2 custom cam guys for our cars. I've bought 2 cams from Jay and will buy again from him. He was easier to work with that Ed for me. Either one will help you reach your goal. You'll have a much more difficult time if you try to accomplish this without some professional help.

N/A its gonna be hard and IMO not worth it... spray or forced induction would be the best way to go to hit that mark.
