I take the wussy way out. I keep the tune roughly the same and just use it to cool down the air and prevent detonation.

Is it bad to get a used supercharger kit? Or should I just not take a chance?
I saw this one nasty procharger kit with alllllll this stuff for only 1200 bucks, it was insane!
..and guys, yea I'd LOVE to drop a new engine in it, but like I said, its my DD so I can't be without a car for a few weeks. (too bad too damnit!)
But you guys def reccomend a supercharger eh? I will admit I've always wanted a whining 5.0!!!! Wat supporting mods will I need for a supercharger? Wat boost would u suggest I run? Ha I know I know its premature, but if I get a supercharger with supporting mods, 4.10's or 3.73's, and a few other things, any estimation of the HP numbers?

HP numbers will depend on the amount of boost among many other things. WAY too early to tell.
There's nothing wrong with a used kit, as long as it's in good condition.
Supercharger supporting mods: You may want to think about a bigger fuel pump, bigger fuel injectors, and chip. Of course, this depends on the amount of boost. If you're just running 6 PSI you may not have to do any of that. From 8 p 10 you will want to change some things. Personally, I wouldn't go above 10 PSI with stock internals, but other people here may say otherwise.

No worries about all the questions. We all gotta learn somehow! 10 PSI is perfect...at least it is for me. That's what I'm running.
If you're looking for a decent used kit try getting an ATI Procharger P-1SC or a Vortech V-1 S-Trim. Both run great and sound great. You should also be able to get a good deal on them if you look around, especially on the corral forums. If you have a little extra dough, you can go for a Kenne Bell, but personally I love my Procharger. Paxton also makes a decent S/C that isn't too expensive (The Paxton Novi 1000.) Any one of those will make you quite happy.
If you love to gamble, you can drop $1500 - $1800 on a new Powerdyne
