The only problem I had w/ mine was that the handle wore down where it's bolted to the shifter, allowing it to have some play in it. I think that may be due to the way the previous owner bolted the handle on, though. I put some RTV between them and bolted it back on and it's work fine for me ever since.

If I was buying a new one, I'd probably look at the MGW....I dig those
