I would never attempt to do a driveway install on headers... it sounds a whole lot easier than it is... i would pay a shop to do it... hopefully not $500 though... [:-]

I'd say for a garage to take it off the street and install shorty headers (full job) it'd be close to $350-$400 depending on what the labor rate is, i dont have a flat rate manual handy at work so i'm guestimating...[&:]

well if u must know where i live ford charges 86/h and personal mechanics work at maby 40? but this guy for some reason does it at 25 and hes better then all of them, he works wonders! does anything you want! frame work, restauration, paint, welding, u name it he does it for dirt cheap.
