Yeah, I have been pressing my luck for quite some time. I know what it's like, back in high school, my friend had an 84 coupe that had the hood fly up on it. We were on I-95...that was a little scary. We took the hood off and left it there.

I have a Cervini cowl on my fox right now. Used to have a Harwood. The Harwood used to make me so nervous on the highway...it bobbled around like crazy as it lacked the inner structure that the Cervini has, making it a little stiffer. The Cervini moves less but I still worry. I'm not a fan of hood pins as far as looks go, but I will either install them or change hoods to the Goodmark 87-93 steel cowl hood...

Your right it's not the hoods fault--I was just an idiot and forgot to latch the hood because I was in a hurry to get to somewhere[sm=icon_beat.gif]

It was on it when I bought the car. Is it really too low because I wouldn't of known it if you wouldn't of brought it to my attention?!?

not to offend anyone but i think cowl induction hoods are the ugliest things to happen to mustangs (mostly foxes). they make the front end look retarded and takes away from what the car is supposed to look like, a sleek boxy 80's car. thats y i like my stock hood.
