ok i was messing around with fuel pressure and found when i put the vacumn line on it drops about 10-12 psi. it actually sounds like it runs better without the vacum line attached to the regulator... any ideas?

also i have a old tps, and a brand new tps. with it at 850 rpm i cant get it between the .98 and .99 volt range. it is a 1.11 something, but if i play with the idle set screw on the throttle body i can get it to .98 volts, but it is so far turned out that it wouldnt even idle.
