Default GT40X heads

http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/...0%201&comp=LRS

Are they any good? Will they really give you 65hp? Do they flow better then GT40P's? Also, what's the difference between GT40P, X, and Y heads?

spend the same, get something better...thats about how it goes with the GT40 aluminum heads. Overpriced, arnt as good as they seem. Better than E7's though any day of the week. Ive seen people make decent power with them, but for the price, you can do better. JMO>

the iron GT40's are usually aroudn $200-$500 yes...but the aluminum ones are around $1000-$1200 in that range, depending on where you buy them and shipping. I mean, you can pick up a set of AFR's for like $1200-$1400..so why not spend a little extra and get a *** load more for your money?

Well ****. I was wondering why they were so cheap. Maybe if I would have read better I would have noticed that it said "Sold individually."
