damn that sucks... i bout a 2200 thinkin it was ganna do somethin..., piece of S%$T..! what do u guys think of the streetfighter..? do u launch good with that $$520 TQ..?
I can brake stall (using the foot brake) mine up to like 2200 rpms before it breaks loose. But my flash stall is at like 3500 rpms. But a lot of people don't launch off the peak of their stall. Ask RSW007 about stalls and ****.
well a 2000 isnt really that much higher than stock
Well its a 2800 stall but it stalled at 2000 rpm. I guess because it was just a cheap converter. I'd stay away from the cheap ones. It definitly wasn't worth the money.
i already checked them out..., i was lookin at the TCI streetfighter but $$375.99 is a lot of dinero...!!
That is a cheap converter and if you buy a cheap converter you might as well just burn the money you spent on it. Converters are one of those things that you cannot cheap out on and exspect any sort of gains. $700-1000 is about average for good converter that will really make a differance. You get what you pay for. TCI and B&M have decent converters but they are in the $500-800 range as well. Save up untill you can afford a good one or spend your money on other mods.
