MAF, TB, upper and lower intake manifold, u/d pullies. All together would net a pretty big gain.

i was happy with my performer rpm manifolds and a 70mm edelbrock tb... pullies are pretty cheap to do then right away

i got a cam before the MAF but was extremely happy after each addition.... i wanted More everytime

You can prolly get a good used pair of heads. I know alot of people dont like gt40p heads, but i picked up a brandnew pair for 450 with upgraded valves/springs on ebay. So i'm guessing you can get some on ebay for cheaper than that.
