Have you installed them before? They are VERY tricky and have to be just right. A few miles of driving with them out of alignment and they will never be right. Also, would be a good time to freshen up all the bearings and seals in the axle. Could also rebuild the trac-lok if needed too.

i have 4.10s in my 5spd. 1st gear is all spinning tires and is real fast. with an auto it would be nice 1st and 2nd u'll be haulin. Gas in md is like 2.70 for premium

keep the 3.55's, 3.73's are ideal for an auto, unless you like to stress the motor at highway speeds and spend a lot of money on gas! but 3.55's are good enough, spend the money on something else such as subframes, or weld in torque boxes
