harmonic balancer

Will the stock 50oz harmonic balancer and flex plate work with a 347 stroker kit or do i need a 28 oz aftermarket? Thanks in advance.

I thought the 28oz was just used on the 351W, but the company told me i may need one. Anyone have the answer? Thanks

Older pre 80 302 and the 351 use the 28oz.

I dunno, mines a 5spd. I needed the 28oz flywheel and HD. So I'd say so man.
