got the trickflow in
the car seems just as fast or possibly even a bit slower, will a tune fix this?
also, sometimes after stepping on the gas if i put in the clutch the rpms immediately drop and the car dies, any ideas?

On your power problem, I know it's alot of work but take the upper back off and look down in the ports. See if the intake ports are larger than the ports on the cylinder heads. What you want is for them to be the same size at the start of the cylinder head port. If the cylinder head is smaller and stuck out into the intake port, like a step all the way around, this is causing terbulance on the incoming air and fuel charge. This will build up into a wall of air that will not let as much intake charge as you were getting before to enter the cylinder. I had this problem when I had the stock engine in mine. I put the TFS intake on and slowed down a thenth from what I was running with the stock intake. I had to take the intake back off and gasket match the heads or remove that step. When I did that I picked up a tenth in the eigth mile over what I ran with the stock intake. I did some electrical work for a cylinder head shop, that's were I learned all of this.

did u follow the proper torque procedures for the intake to make sure it sealed properly? might have a leak in between the upper and lower causing problems
