Default Good buy?

Im looking to buy a new project car and i found this 92 gt mustang. Im wondering if this would be a good deal.

It used to be an LX 5.0, but it has been transfered into a GT. The body has 180k on it, the engine has 70k on it. Its a 302 v8.

Engine-
Dart Intake manifold
Dart upper plenum
Free flowing intake
BBK shorty headers
BBK underdrive pulleys
Bigger injectors
Racing wires

Transmition-
5 speed with a T-5 transmission (only a few months old)

Exhaust-
Catless H Pipe

Interior-
Grant Steering Wheel
Imaculate black interior
hurst shifter with a B&M handle

Exterior-
2" cowl induction hood
"Calypso Green" paint job

The only problem is that the blinkers dont work. Would this be an easey fix? What would be needed to fix this? Can i do it myself?

Here is an old picture-

Hes asking $3000.

My plans in the future would to add some racing seats, add a vortek supercharger,, add a roll cage, and strip the interior to get it ready for the track.

Could be a bunch of things. I wouldnt' call that a dealbreaker though at all. Start at the turn signal switch and go from there, through the wiring, to the blinkers..
