Default Installing Speedo Gear

I searched all over and cant find anywhere that says how to install the speedo gear. Can someone walk me thru it step by step im sure it cant be that hard tho. and how are you supposed to break in gears?

I just read a post on somone telling how to do it. If i find it i'll post it. Didnt seem too hard at all.

stickies has a detailed article with photos... "tech articles" at the top of the 5.0 section.... anyways you'll need a 7/16" wrench and on the drivers side of the transmission you'll see a cable coming out formt he tranny and theres one bolt on a clip holding this on. remove the bolt and pull the cable and assembly out, theres a small metal clip on the plastic gear, remove this with a small screwdriver, reinstall the new gear in the same diredtion as the old, replace the clip reinsert into tranny and replace bolt.... the sticky is much more detailed
