How much would U&L control arms, good suspension, full length subframe connectors, strut tower bar, and K-frame cross-brace help out with the twisting?

Get a 10 point cage...that'll stop your chassis flex.Make sure you weld the cage to your full length sub connectors, make the chassis very firm after that.

Dont waste your money buying subframe connectors. Usually, theyre just square tube thes pretty straight. You could spend a lot less, and get the same thing, and still need to be welded on the car as it is.

Locally, we have a shop that builds and installs subframe connectors for 200 bucks.

You could put together a suspension setup just like the ones you linked for a lot cheaper. Subframe connectors, control arms, strut tower brace, k-member brace, torque box's and a swaybar really shouldnt cost you almost 1000 bucks.
