What gears are you running? Try some 4.10s.

 

i have 3.73s

 

so you cant spin 210s with 421 ft lbs? there is something SERIOUSLY wrong.

 

Thats alot of torque to not be spinning.....

 

that intake manifold is why you have zero low end. its made to flow from 3500-8000 rpm. i would seriously consider a different manifold, either a weiand stealth or an edel air gap

 

so my intake is killing my low end. whats a intake that has a good bottom but is strong through all the rpm range

 

What torque converter are you running? The torque converter makes all the difference in the world. a friend of mine has a 1985 Mustang with a 12.5:1 347, TFS heads, a 4.56 gear, and an automatic. He can't even do a burn out because the converter is so tight. He runs 7.50s in the eigth at 96 mph. He's ordering a custom converter from ATI now.
