Hey Thanks everyone for your help, I am going to replace the 02 sensors and also add a BBK adjustable fuel regulator. It sucks because it takes aroun 7 to 10 days for me to get parts from the U.S. I'm glad that auto zone and advance auto ships the parts with no shipping costs. Any other advice would be appreciated, Thanks

I agree, smoke is from shrivled valve stem seals. O2 sensors are probably shot as well from the oil being pumped past them becuase of the leaking valve stems.

Fix the valve stems, replace the 02 sensors, use some concentrated fuel system cleaner and go to town.
