RE: Summit gave me wrong rockers....
The only way you can be for sure is to putty or play doe your piston heads. Torque everything as if you are going to be done with it and turn your engine manually and slowly. Remove the heads and check the indentation in the putty or play doe. Measure it and make sure there is enough room for the valves when cold and add a couple of thousandths clearance for when the engine is hot because the valves and piston head will expand some when hot. Just don't go crazy with the putty so you don’t get it everywhere. Clean everything when done. LOL because putty is not condensable. I hope this isn't your only car and want it done in a day?

^^^ The lifters shouldnt make it an issue.
And yes, make sure you get ALL the clay out, because once you fire the engine, it dries the clay out and clay is little more than maluable dirt.

That link PX posted is pretty good. It shows and tells you how to use 2 methods, the clay, and using a weaker spirng and a feeler gauge. Prolly wanna go witht he feeler gauge cuz i really dont wanna take off the heads, they're already torqued down. And the gaskets are sprayed with copper paint, prolly sealed up pretty good. <--I sure hope

I don't know if I like that grinding for valve clearance. That seems risky. They should have added to make sure you don’t have ceramic coated piston heads or any other special piston treatment.
